We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

You have 2 days from delivery to request a return. No exceptions beyond 2 days.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

A single, continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package opening and the damage is mandatory.

No cuts. No edits. No after-the-fact recordings.

Returns Accepted Only for Damaged Products
We accept returns only for physical damage. The following are not considered damage and will not be approved:

Handloom: extra threads, minor gaps, or irregularities (normal characteristics).

Handwork sarees: minor glue spread on maggam/embroidery (common, not damage).

Color variance of 5–10% from screen to screen.

Minor textile/weaving irregularities.

Mild zari folds from packing/handling.
-
Minute oil stains on powerloom products (industry-accepted).
Non-Returnable Situations (Common Failures)

How to Start a Return

Damages & Wrong Item

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your return for damage is approved and stock is available, we may offer a replacement; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card may take additional time.

EU Customers (Legal Cooling-Off)
If the order is shipped into the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. (Damage video rules apply only for damage claims; they are not required for a standard EU withdrawal within 14 days.)
