Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery Time:
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner assigned by Courier Partner

  • Metro cities: 2– 7 days

  • Pre-Orders5-20 days
  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimated timeframes — delays may occur due to courier or weather issues beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and courier availability. Any applicable taxes or handling fees will be shown before payment.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS generated through Shipping Partners. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Claims for damage must be supported by an unboxing video (recorded without cuts or edits) to verify the issue.

Delays & Exceptions:
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
