Address Accuracy:

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Claims for damage must be supported by an unboxing video (recorded without cuts or edits) to verify the issue.

Delays & Exceptions:
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Return Window

You have 2 days from delivery to request a return. No exceptions beyond 2 days.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  
  

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  
  

• A single, continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package opening and the damage is mandatory.
  
  

• No cuts. No edits. No after-the-fact recordings.
  
  

• No video = no return.
  
  

Returns Accepted Only for Damaged Products

We accept returns only for physical damage. The following are not considered damage and will not be approved:

1. Handloom: extra threads, minor gaps, or irregularities (normal characteristics).
   
   

2. Handwork sarees: minor glue spread on maggam/embroidery (common, not damage).
   
   

3. Color variance of 5–10% from screen to screen.
   
   

4. Minor textile/weaving irregularities.
   
   

5. Mild zari folds from packing/handling.
   
   

6. Minute oil stains on powerloom products (industry-accepted).
   
   

Non-Returnable Situations (Common Failures)

• Wrong delivery address provided by customer.
  
  

• Not answering delivery calls / failing to receive delivery.
  
  

How to Start a Return

Email: prisejofficial@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:

• Unedited unboxing video (file or link)
  
  

• Photos of the damage

If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Do not ship anything back without approval—unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Damages & Wrong Item

Inspect your order on arrival. If damaged or incorrect, contact immediately at prisejofficial@gmail.com with the unboxing video.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your return for damage is approved and stock is available, we may offer a replacement; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card may take additional time.

EU Customers (Legal Cooling-Off)

If the order is shipped into the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. (Damage video rules apply only for damage claims; they are not required for a standard EU withdrawal within 14 days.)

Final Notes

• Sale items and gift cards are not returnable unless damaged (and only with valid unboxing video).
